Ingredients

(6 ounce) solid white tuna, drained

olive oil

|

cottage cheese

mayonnaise
|
|

onion, finely chopped
|
|
|

stalk |
celery, finely chopped
|

|

capers, drained
|

juice from half a lemon
|
|

dill

multigrain Bread, lightly toasted

Directions:
Combine all ingredients together. Spread on two slices of toasted bread. Top with remaining toasted bread, cut each sandwich in half and serve.
