“This is an excellent rustic dish that is simple and quick to make. I had some left over cannellini beans that I had cooked which helped to keep the dish lower in sodium and budget friendly. I used tuna packed in olive oil, a drizzle of lemon, and topped it off with parsley. Best served at room temperature with toasted Italian bread with bruschetta. A real keeper!”
